If customers are unsure where to find their claim code, they can locate it on the back of their gift card. They are typically 14-digits long and usually contain a mix of numbers and letters.

How can I redeem my Amazon Gift card?
To redeem an Amazon gift card, the customer must follow these steps:
Log in to your Amazon account and select Accounts & Lists in the top right corner. Choose the “Gift Card Balance” option in the menu below Your Account. You will need to click on the yellow “Redeem a gift card” button and enter your 14-digit claim number.
To redeem gift cards, customers can also use Amazon’s app. The following steps are required to access the app:
Open the Amazon app and click on the three-line menu button. Scroll down to the Payments area and then choose “Manage your gift card balance” from the menu. Next, choose the “Redeem another voucher” option. Enter the 14-digit codes manually or scan them by pressing on the text near the camera symbol.
How many times can I use my Amazon Gift card?
Amazon gift cards are valid until they run out of money or expire. The card’s validity allows customers to refill their gift cards.
