How long is it to get a Verizon replacement telephone?

If your claim is approved before midnight on Monday or Thursday, the device will ship that evening for delivery the following day.

Your claim will only be processed if it was approved before Saturday. If you were denied on Sunday, the replacement is available on Monday. Any claims that have been approved after Sunday are sent out on Tuesday.
