This is an additional charge, but you should expect it to cost less than $1. It could be as low as a dime (or a quarter), depending on how many bags you ordered.

Aldi, Instacart and other companies have made it easier to pick up your bags. Before you leave, open your app to mark yourself “On My Way”. This will let employees know that you have arrived and allows you to shorten the waiting time.
Once you reach the area, park your vehicle in its designated pickup spot. The designated pick-up area is clearly marked by bright blue, numbered parking spaces. It doesn’t really matter which one of these you use; each spot also features a sign that designates it as a curbside collection spot.

The app will pop up asking you to rate the most recent transaction. There you will be able to choose “Get assistance” to guide you through the process.
A problem with an Aldi past order can be reported if this happens more than one week later. Go to the Instacart main page, and click on the horizontal lines in the upper left hand corner.
Choose “Your orders” (first in the list that appears), and your previous transaction will appear. Each transaction will contain a “Get assistance” button. It will take you step-by-step through the process.
Instacart usually offers a quick refund for items that have been lost. If you received something you didn’t order, it’s yours to keep (stores can’t take them back), and no further action is needed besides letting Instacart know.
If you are unhappy with the item and wish to return it, you can do this at any Aldi location.

Aldi cannot offer Instacart some items that are too big, particularly Aldi Finds.
