Amazon Kindle has been a hugely popular resource for reading materials since 2011, allowing customers to put multiple book titles on one device while still being able to access them anywhere, anytime.
Amazon customers have seven days to return an Ebook purchased from their account. Customers have seven days in which to return any accidental Ebook purchased from Amazon. Amazon will then issue a full refund. Ebooks may also be rented through Amazon. They can be returned any time within their allowed return period.
What is the best way to request an Amazon Ebook Return?
Amazon customers may return Ebooks that they bought through Amazon using this method.
Go to Amazon.com/digitalorders and login to your Amazon account, which will bring you to the page containing all your previous Ebook purchases. A bolded section will appear beneath your book, indicating when the return window closes. On your qualified book, select the “Return for Refund”, option. After selecting the return option, select the reason you wish to return the book in the pop up window.
After the refund request is approved, credits will be applied to your account and can be used in order to purchase another Ebook.
Amazon Kindle customers need to know that the device can hold only 10 downloaded books.
You will have to offload your previous purchase if you want to order a book that is urgently needed.
Amazon Kindle Books Can Be Returned to You
Amazon Ebooks accessed via Amazon Kindle are eligible for the 7-day return policy. When customers request a return, they will be refunded with Amazon Ebook credits.
Ebook customers returning Ebooks to get a replacement should be aware of the fact that only 10 Ebooks can be downloaded at a time to an Amazon Kindle.
They will have to temporarily transfer another book into their library if they are able to access their book right away and they already have 10 books.
Amazon allows you to return an Amazon-rented Ebook.
Customers who don’t wish to risk spending money on Ebooks can rent physical from Amazon Rentals, which can be returned at any time if customers choose to extend their rental period.
Amazon doesn’t currently offer Ebook rentals.
To return an Amazon rented book, however, the customer can follow these instructions:
Register to Amazon.com and click on the link “Manage Your Rentals”. Select the button “Return rental” after you have located the book that you wish to return. Next, select a drop-off location, which can either be an Amazon pick-up location or a local parcel service. Print the shipping label and provided packing slip, and box up the rental with the packing slip contained. Drop the rental in the mail.
