This is because it isn’t always available in stores that have Instacart pick-up or delivery. You can find it in your Instacart store’s app by going to the Explore page, then scroll down to view the various departments. You can place an order if you find a section that is dedicated to alcohol.
No problem if your order is picked up at your home. They will just need your license when you bring your luggage to the vehicle. However, if you are having your order delivered, you will have to be present when your goods arrive.
Site also states that shoppers may be able to enter ID information before they purchase, although this feature isn’t available for everyone.
